Under Indian law, your wife’s protest activities at your house or office may be considered harassment, particularly if they are disruptive or involve the media. You can seek a restraining order from the High Court to prevent such activities. Reporting her to the police may lead to an investigation and potential legal action, including a warning or an order to cease the harassment.
