Can a judge grant alimony again if a divorce is filed after maintenance was awarded under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005?

Under Indian law, a judge cannot grant alimony again after a divorce if maintenance was already awarded under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005. The court may, however, consider granting alimony under the Divorce Act, 1869, which allows for permanent alimony.
