There is no specific time limit for filing a complaint regarding harassment or impersonation under Indian law. However, it is recommended to file the complaint as soon as possible to gather evidence and strengthen your case. You can file a complaint with the local police station, specifying the details of the call and the threats made. You can also file a complaint with the Cybercrime cell, as the call was made through an unknown number.
