Respected legal experts, I recently got interim bail from the High Court on my anticipatory bail application related to charges under sections 120B, 420, 409, and 37. However, the police have now filed a charge sheet, accusing me only under section 120B. My anticipatory bail hearing is scheduled for next month. Considering the charge sheet is already filed, does it make sense to pursue the anticipatory bail further? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since the charge sheet only mentions Section 120B, and you already have interim bail, pursuing anticipatory bail further may be unnecessary. You should consult a lawyer to assess the situation and advise on the best course of action. They can evaluate the specific circumstances of your case and guide you accordingly.
