My mother passed away in a motorcycle accident in 2012, driven by my father. The bike was completely unscathed, and my father wasn’t injured either. I suspect foul play, as my father didn’t have a valid license at the time. I want to seek justice, can you advise me on the best course of action?

You should file a police complaint alleging foul play and request an investigation into the circumstances of your mother’s death. You can also engage a lawyer to assist you with this process and pursue legal action if necessary, given the lack of a valid license and the suspicious circumstances.
