Your father’s actions are illegal and constitute harassment and intimidation. You should immediately report the threats to the police and consider filing a complaint under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Additionally, you can seek legal counsel to understand your rights and available options to protect your girlfriend and her family.
