My friend borrowed money from someone, but his business went downhill and he couldn’t repay. He eventually managed to pay back the principal amount and deposited it in court. However, the lender is still trying to accuse him of fraud and even filed a civil case to attach his wife’s property. What can I do to support my friend in this difficult situation?
