My father bought a portion of a plot in May 2004. The seller later got a loan against the same plot from Union Bank of India in October 2004. The bank declared the loan bad in 2010 and obtained possession in 2012. However, the property had already been sold in parts. The bank filed a police case against 9 people (including my father) out of the 50 involved. The Allahabad High Court rejected our plea to stop the arrest. What are our options now?

You have limited options now. You can approach the Allahabad High Court again for bail, arguing against the arrest based on the specific details of your father’s involvement. You can also try to reach a settlement with the bank and/or other parties involved. However, with the High Court ruling against your plea, the situation is difficult.
