Under Indian law, your ex-boyfriend’s actions constitute harassment and cyberstalking. You can file a complaint with the police under sections 354D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act. You do not have to disclose personal details to the police, and they are obligated to protect your privacy.
