Your daughter should immediately file a counter-complaint against the false accusations. She can also seek legal advice to understand the impact of the Supreme Court ruling and explore alternative legal avenues, such as seeking protection under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, to ensure her safety and prevent further harassment.
