Yes, your father is at risk of arrest as he is liable for the bond amount if your brother fails to appear in court. You must immediately contact a lawyer and inform the court about the situation. Explain your brother’s reasons for non-appearance and work with the lawyer to ensure your father is not held liable for the bond.
