The bail application being rejected is not uncommon, especially when there is a serious allegation. You should engage a lawyer specializing in criminal law to: 1) Challenge the bail rejection order in a higher court, and 2) Investigate the police complaint thoroughly to find evidence that can be used to prove his innocence. The lawyer can also advise on how to prevent future harassment from the other party.
