Under Indian law, you cannot pay a partial amount for a security bond. You are required to pay the full amount as mandated by the court. Obtaining copies of FIR and court documents is possible through a legal process, involving application to the concerned court or police station, and may be facilitated by your brother-in-law’s lawyer.
