I’ve been accused of criminal breach of trust under Section 406 of the IPC, but there’s no evidence against me. I got anticipatory bail from the High Court under Section 439 CrPC. Can the police still arrest me? What else can I do to protect myself from these false accusations?

Since you have been granted anticipatory bail, the police cannot arrest you. However, you should consult a lawyer to explore options like filing a quashing petition against the FIR to permanently stop the investigation if you believe the accusations are completely false.
