Surrender to the court and explain your inability to pay the full amount. The court may consider your financial situation and order a reduced payment plan. Your family members are not automatically liable for your debt; however, if their names are on the warrant for other reasons, they could be subject to arrest. Seek legal counsel for advice tailored to your specific case and circumstances.
