You should immediately report the incident to the police and seek medical attention for your injuries. Sections 323 and 324 of the IPC relate to causing hurt and voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means, respectively. The police can investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action against the person who assaulted you.
