I was caught riding my bike, just outside a bar (the police were waiting), on the 15th of August 2016. They gave me a breathalyzer test within an hour, and the reading was 102. They then took me to the police station. I called a friend and got out on bail. They took my registration papers, license, and bike. They told me to return to the police station on the 19th of August. My questions are:
1. Will I have to appear in court on the 19th?
2. If I do have to go to court, should I plead guilty?
3. Will this incident be recorded, and will it affect future applications like a passport, visa, or background checks? I am a Hindu.
