I filed a criminal complaint against four people in Dwarka Court, Delhi, accusing them of fraud and forgery related to a property I bought from their father. The property was transferred to their names after his death, and they later sold it to another person even though they knew I was the rightful owner. The court has only filed charges against the sellers under sections 467 and 34. Why hasn’t the court included the buyer in the case? How can I involve them, given that all four appear to have conspired in the sale? I had already built a fence, installed a gate, and put up my nameplate on the property. What legal options do I have against the buyer?

The court may not have included the buyer as the complaint only alleged fraud and forgery by the sellers. You can file a separate complaint against the buyer under sections 420 (cheating) and 109 (abetment) of the Indian Penal Code, highlighting their knowledge of your ownership and the fraudulent sale. Since you had taken possession of the property, you may also be able to pursue civil remedies like a suit for possession and damages against both the sellers and the buyer.
