You can file a complaint with the local police station in Ghaziabad alleging fraud and cheating. Additionally, you can approach the Consumer Forum for redressal as the company’s actions may constitute a violation of consumer rights.

I borrowed ₹10 lakhs from a friend without any guarantee. I paid interest for a year, but now I’m struggling to repay due to major business losses. My business isn’t doing well, and the lender is threatening to publicly humiliate me at work and even involve local toughs. Can I send him a legal notice to stop visiting my workplace?
