Can Article 21 help us get justice faster against false charges under sections 506 and 509 of the IPC in India?

Article 21 of the Indian Constitution guarantees the right to life and personal liberty, including protection from arbitrary arrest and detention. While this right can be invoked to challenge unfair delays in investigations or trials, it doesn’t directly guarantee faster justice against specific offenses like Sections 506 and 509 of the IPC.
