A person was granted anticipatory bail and then permanent bail on the same conditions. Now, a chargesheet has been filed. Will they automatically get bail again on the same conditions? Also, what should be done if the anticipatory bail order is lost and missing from the court records?

Once a chargesheet is filed, the anticipatory bail order ceases to be effective. The person needs to apply for regular bail under Section 437 of CrPC based on the chargesheet. If the anticipatory bail order is missing, a certified copy can be obtained from the court.
