Me and my wife had a relationship of 5 years and then we got married from arya samaj and performed all rituals and i got them on camera and then we took high court protection to ensure our safety and after that me and my wife left for home and then after some days she said i think i should talk to my parents about this and she tries talking to them,we agreed that she should go home and talk about it and her family said that they will be sending her back to me after a big reception,but she never came back instead her father abused me gave me threats and abused my mother and gave kidnapping and murder threats and gave threats for filling false rape charges.
so i decided to go to court for legal help and i filled section 9 and when first notice was sent to them,my wife filled a false rape case stating that she was 16 at the time of relationship and i Brainwashed her into this and i seduced her into doing marriage and i gave her some kind of drugs and took her Signature and filled a false rape case against me.
