Hey team,
We’ve launched a tech startup in India and are building our business around an Android app. We’re nearing completion of the app’s development and are looking to outsource the final stages. This includes transferring the entire codebase.
To protect our intellectual property, we want to put together a legal agreement with the outsourcing team. This agreement should clearly state that they can’t use our code for any other projects and that they can’t work on projects directly competing with ours.
