What if the features of my new “Freedom 251” phone don’t match what’s advertised online?

If the features of your “Freedom 251” phone don’t match the advertised specifications, you have recourse under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can seek a refund, replacement, or compensation for the difference in value.
