You can file a complaint with the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) citing health hazards due to electromagnetic radiation and potential structural damage. Additionally, you can sue the RWA for breach of contract and negligence, seeking compensation for the damage to your flat. You may also explore the possibility of challenging the installation on grounds of violating building bylaws or environmental regulations.
