The sales representative keeps promising to refund us in cash or by cheque, but nothing has happened. We have SMS, WhatsApp, and call records as evidence. She even gave us cheque details, which turned out to be fake. We want to expose this company to prevent them from scamming others. What can we do to hold them accountable?

You can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. You have strong evidence to support your claim of deficient service and fraudulent refund attempts. Additionally, you can approach the police to lodge an FIR against the company for cheating and forgery.
