We live in a housing apartment in Pune, registered under number 06195 on August 20, 2009, with the Sub-Registrar’s Office. We signed a one-year contract with KAYPEE Intercoms for intercom services, starting July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, for ₹3,500. However, the company hasn’t provided any service since June 30, 2015, for the past six months. What should we do?
Best Answer
You have a valid contract with KAYPEE Intercoms, which they’ve breached by not providing service. You can send them a legal notice demanding service resumption or a refund for the unpaid period. If they don’t respond, you can file a consumer complaint with the Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
