Based on Indian law, you have the right to pursue legal action against the developer, lawyer, and consultant for breach of contract and professional misconduct. Expect significant legal costs including court fees, lawyer fees, and expert witness fees. It’s advisable to consult with a different lawyer experienced in construction and real estate disputes to assess the merits of your case and potential costs.
