My wife and I booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Tirupati on 30th July with Abhi Bus (Vaibhav Travels), ticket number TS-ABB17908487XGI. The bus was two hours late without any notice, and then they cancelled it entirely without informing us. They put us on another bus, but our seats were in the last row, which is unsuitable for my wife who is unwell. Despite trying to explain the situation, the bus staff were rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly called Abhi Bus customer care, but they didn’t take any action. What should I do?

You can file a complaint with the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission against Abhi Bus for breach of contract and deficiency in service. You can also lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for the bus operator’s negligence and lack of communication.
