My stockbroker seems to have made trades in my account without my knowledge, costing me about ₹1 crore. Can I file a consumer complaint or is there another way to address this?

You can file a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as unauthorized trading by a stockbroker is a serious violation. You can also consider filing a civil lawsuit against the broker for damages.
