My Ola cab booking on August 11th, 2015 at 4:40 AM never arrived, despite receiving all confirmation messages. I waited until 7 AM with no updates, missing my train and ruining my entire day. What legal recourse do I have?

You can file a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC) for deficiency in service and seek compensation for the missed train and inconveniences suffered. You can also seek a refund for the unused cab booking.
