You can approach the Insurance Ombudsman or the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) to resolve the dispute. You can also file a complaint with the Consumer Forum if you feel your claim was unfairly rejected.

My mobile plan is the ₹199 one, but I changed it mid-month and got a hefty ₹5430 bill. My credit limit was ₹1650, which the company never told me about. TRAI rules say they have to inform us about our credit limits, especially when we reach 80%. Also, I don’t understand what “pro-rated CAF,” “Startup kit,” “ideacellular.com,” or “myidea app” are. It seems like postpaid companies can just charge whatever they want and disconnect you!

My direct flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad was changed to a Delhi-Mumbai-Ahmedabad flight, and it was moved up by four hours. I was promised compensation over the phone but was denied at the airport. The staff was rude and didn’t take responsibility. My new flight was delayed by over an hour, I missed my connecting flight, and the next one they gave me was also delayed for more than an hour and a half. My entire day was wasted, and I faced harassment and ill-treatment at the airport. I’ve filed a complaint by email, but what legal action can I take against the airline?
