You can file a consumer complaint against the Delhi travel agency with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the state-level consumer forum in Delhi. You should include details of the booking, cancellation, and lack of refund, and request compensation for the financial loss and inconvenience caused.
