It is unusual for a case to be filed in the High Court without any record on the courtnic.nic.in website. It’s possible the case was filed in a lower court and is pending transfer to the High Court, or there might be a technical issue with the website. You should strongly advise your lawyer to provide you with the case details and documents as you are entitled to them.
