Indian law allows claiming penalties for delayed project completion if it’s mentioned in the agreement. However, since the penalty clause is missing from your agreement, your chances of claiming it are slim. You can still explore options like seeking compensation for the delay based on consumer protection laws and specific clauses in the agreement.
