My family booked a flat with a builder in 2013, promising possession by now. We’ve paid all the installments, but the builder keeps delaying. How can we get them to deliver the flat or return our money? What are our options?

You have legal recourse under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). You can file a complaint with the RERA authority seeking either possession of the flat or refund of your money with interest. If RERA fails to deliver a solution, you can approach the consumer forum or civil court.
