My family booked a flat in Hebbal back in 2012, paying 20% of the price as per the sales and construction agreement. However, we haven’t received possession yet. We filed a case in the state consumer court in 2015. Despite numerous notices from the court, the builder hasn’t acknowledged them. Now, the court has issued a summons. The builder refuses to refund our money. What should we do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
