Yes, you should consider taking legal action against the builder. You can file a complaint with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Haryana for the delayed construction and non-payment of EMIs. You can also file a civil suit in the appropriate court for breach of contract and seek compensation for the builder’s negligence.
