You can approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Uttar Pradesh, as they have the power to resolve such disputes and issue orders for possession or refund. Additionally, consider approaching the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for a faster and effective resolution.
