My Airtel postpaid number, active since February 2016, has suddenly stopped working! I can’t send or receive SMS, nor receive incoming calls. I’ve contacted customer care, the nodal officer, and even the appellate authority, but nothing seems to be working. What should I do now?

You can file a complaint with the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act, 1997. TDSAT has the power to adjudicate disputes related to telecom services, including issues like disconnection without proper notice.
