My Airtel postpaid account has been active for a year. After switching to Reliance, I paid all my Airtel bills and transferred ₹1,500 from my old account. My new account has a credit limit of ₹5,000 but I received a bill for ₹9,000. Airtel claims it’s a balance from my old account. Is this bill accurate? How can I address this issue?
