My Airtel 4G hotspot, bought on April 8th and activated on April 10th, worked fine until April 20th. Since then, it’s been down. I paid ₹5000 for six months of service and they’re now using 3G at the same price, refusing a refund. I’ve spoken to customer care and even appealed, but they won’t refund the money or fix the 4G issue. What are my options now?

You have the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can also approach the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to lodge a grievance regarding Airtel’s deficient service and refusal to provide a refund or fix the 4G issue.
