I’ve got a business idea and a plan, but I’m not ready to set up a physical office just yet. Before I take the leap, I’d love some guidance:
1. What type of Trademark should I register for a business with various services?
2. Do I need a physical address to register the name?

In India, you can register a Trademark for “services” under the “Class 45” of the Trademark classification. You can register your company and open a bank account without a physical office, but you will need a registered office address. The Trademark fee is a one-time payment, but you will need to renew it every 10 years. You can check Trademark availability on the Indian Trademark Registry website. The company registration process is online, and the required documents can be found on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website.
