You can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum in either Bangalore or Bankura, as Flipkart is headquartered in Bangalore and you reside there. You can also seek compensation for the hassle caused by the delay and cancellation, even if you get a refund eventually, as the Consumer Protection Act allows for compensation for mental distress and inconvenience.
