AONE SOLUTIONS’ guarantee of admission and refund in case of failure is legally questionable. You can approach the consumer forum in Ranchi, citing breach of contract and misleading advertisement. Gather evidence of their promises, like communication records, and file a complaint seeking your refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
