Yes, you can file a claim in the consumer court against Antilog Vacations for the missed flight due to their negligence. However, the court where you can file the claim depends on where you reside or where the contract for the travel package was signed. Since you are in Surat, you can file a claim in the consumer court there if either of these conditions apply.
