I ordered two Motorola Moto G 3rd generation phones online from Silversoft.co.in on October 29th, 2015. I followed their instructions, paid through their SBI current account in Nagpur on the same day, and sent them a transaction receipt to [email protected] for shipment as per their terms. However, I haven’t received any updates about my order since then. I’ve emailed them multiple times and even tried contacting them on WhatsApp, but their account is deactivated. The phone numbers listed on their website have been switched off since October 29th, 2015. I’m worried and would really appreciate any help in getting my order shipped.

Under Indian law, you have the right to pursue legal action against Silversoft.co.in for breach of contract and non-delivery of goods. You can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum or approach the police if you suspect fraud.
