I ordered Rakhi from Amazon on August 10th, but it still hasn’t arrived. Today is August 20th and I haven’t received any updates from customer service. They promised delivery by August 18th. Can I take legal action against the company?

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to seek redress for delayed delivery. You can file a complaint with the consumer forum or approach the National Consumer Helpline for assistance. If the product is not delivered by the promised date, you can also demand a refund.
