I ordered a teakwood leather jacket from Snapdeal on September 15th and returned it on the 16th due to sizing issues. I clearly mentioned the return request was for size reasons. However, the courier guy picked up the wrong item instead of the original one. I immediately called him within 30 minutes, but he didn’t answer. I also contacted the courier service manager, but they didn’t pick up either. They then sent my product to the warehouse for quality check. Obviously, the quality was declined because the original product is still with me. I even called Snapdeal customer service and explained that the courier took the wrong product before my return request was declined. On October 4th, they sent me the wrong product! I called customer service again and asked for another return request, but they won’t give me one. What should I do now?

You have a strong case for a refund under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. As the wrong product was picked up by the courier, you are entitled to a full refund, even if the return request was initially declined. Contact Snapdeal customer service again, escalate the issue to their senior management, and cite the Consumer Protection Act to support your claim. If they continue to refuse, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
