I joined Brilliant Coaching Centre’s two-year classroom program (BTYCP-P) in July 2011, with enrollment number I2PS13UN0077. I paid a total of ₹100,000 in two installments of ₹50,000 each (via ICICI cheques numbered 023031 and 023032 dated July 23rd and August 30th, 2011). After attending classes for three months, Brilliant Tutorials closed all their Delhi NCR centers, including Noida, in September 2011. Hoping for a reopening, I continued checking the center every weekend.

Based on Indian law, you have grounds to seek a refund from Brilliant Coaching Centre. Since the center closed down abruptly after you paid the fees, you have the right to claim a refund for the remaining period of the course you were unable to attend. The Consumer Protection Act, 1986, provides remedies for such situations.
